The district is not waiting for 2027. The arena hosts 300+ events a year: hockey, basketball, concerts and family shows. Tickets are sold through Toyota Arena.

Once Phase One opens in 2027 the Plaza becomes a second gathering place, with water, patios and screens at the centre of the district. Its programme will be published here as it is set.
