How to read what is published here: the project is under construction, so some of it describes a building that does not exist yet.
Renderings and drawings
Images labelled as renderings are artist's impressions of the district as designed. Finishes, landscaping, signage, tenancies and surrounding development are illustrative and will change. Images labelled as photographs show the site as built at the time they were taken.
Plans and suite diagrams are schematic and not to scale. Dotted lines indicate possible demising configurations, not committed ones.
Figures and availability
Square footages are approximate and, where a suite is still being dimensioned, we publish the range the building supports rather than a figure. Confirmed areas come with the leasing package.
Uses shown for lots beyond Phase One are proposed and subject to confirmation. Availability changes; nothing on this site is an offer, and no lease exists until it is signed.
Delivery dates are targets. Phase One is targeted for 2027.
