What we collect
Short version: only what you type into the enquiry form, and only so that the right person can reply to you. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies set by this site.
What the site does not do
This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so simply reading a page does not send a request to anyone else.
A few pages link out to Toyota Arena, CBRE, Adept Urban, mapping services and social platforms. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site and their privacy terms apply, not ours.
What you send us
The enquiry form asks for what we need to route your message and reply to it:
- What you are interested in, so the message reaches the right person.
- Your name and email address, which are required.
- Company, phone and a message, which are optional.
The residential waitlist asks only for an email address, and optionally a ZIP code so we can tell how far people are travelling from.
What happens to it
Enquiries reach the Capital City project team and, where the enquiry concerns leasing, the CBRE leasing team named on this site. We use your details to answer you and to follow up on that conversation.
We do not sell your details, we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists, and we do not share them with anyone outside the project and its leasing agent.
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. The quickest route is the form at the bottom of any page, or an email to the leasing contact you have been dealing with.
